How effective is hypnosis for weight loss?
Hypnosis is more effective than diet and exercise alone for people looking to lose weight. A 2014 study found that women who used hypnosis improved their weight, BMI, eating behavior, and even some aspects of body image.
Every person has their own weight loss journey. My weight has always been a sore spot for me. But, when I got pregnant with my daughter, I gained over 60 pounds and things got really bad.
